Upon payment, you will receive a personalized PDF report delivered to your email address. Due to the personalized nature of digital reports, all sales are final. If you do not receive your report within 1 hour of payment, contact us and we will resend it.
Consulting sessions are 30 minutes in duration. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
Trip research fees cover the cost of award availability research and booking guidance only. We do not book travel on your behalf. We do not guarantee award availability — award space is subject to change at any time by the airline or hotel program. If no suitable award options are found, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure our recommendations reflect current program rules, earn rates, and award charts. However, loyalty program terms change frequently and without notice. RewardIQ is not liable for inaccuracies resulting from program changes after the date of your analysis.
All content on RewardIQ — including analysis methodology, report templates, and written content — is the property of RewardIQ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RewardIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: credit card application denials, changes in program terms, or inability to book award travel.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
