Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be disabled.
- Session storage — temporarily stores your analysis results so they survive the Stripe payment redirect. This data is cleared when you close your browser tab and is never sent to our servers independently.
- Cloudflare cookies — Cloudflare sets cookies for security and performance purposes (e.g. bot detection). These are set by Cloudflare's infrastructure and are subject to Cloudflare's Cookie Policy.
Functional Cookies
- Contractor session — if you are a RewardIQ contractor, a session token is stored in sessionStorage to keep you logged into the contractor portal. This is cleared when you sign out or close your browser.
Cookies We Do NOT Use
- We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies
- We do not use Google Analytics or any behavioural tracking
- We do not use Facebook Pixel or any social media tracking
- We do not sell or share cookie data with third parties for marketing
Third-Party Cookies
When you click through to Stripe to complete a payment, Stripe may set their own cookies on their domain. These are governed by Stripe's Cookie Policy and are outside our control.
Managing Cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of the site — in particular, your analysis results may not survive the payment redirect if sessionStorage is blocked.
Changes to This Policy
If we introduce new cookies, we will update this policy and notify users where required by law.
